Raul Castro ist nach fünfzehn Jahren an der Macht abgetreten. Das ist eine Zäsur in Kubas 62-jähriger Revolutionsgeschichte, die untrennbar mit dem Namen der Brüder Fidel und Raul Castro verbunden ist.
